Akima Byfield Hi everyone, A great leader in my life oddly enough was my 9th grade literature teacher’s mother. Ginni treats everyone she cares about with kindness and is compassionately honest. She does a great job at placing herself in other peoples views and can eloquently advocate for herself. Last but not least, she was selfless and would provide a hand to anybody in need of help. Her charisma, capacity to be patient in any circumstance, ability to listen well, and remarkable modesty are just a few of her abilities. Ginni worked in real estate and was totally a leader in the office in which she was employed. I believe she was able to be in this position based on her ability to put herself in other people’s shoes, be a good listener, and resolve issues whenever they arise.
